**Requirements**:
5-8 years in the Fuel Industry

Bachelor of Science Honours in Health and Safety/Occupational health and safety or any related field

Driver's license

Management experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Development & Maintenance of HSSE**

Business complies with all applicable Legal and Regulatory requirements and has zero penalties or breaches from regulatory authorities (DoL, DMRE, NERSA, DEA)

Employees are aware of their right and responsibilities regarding Health and Safety and armed with Stop Work Responsibility (SWR) cards within the first month of employment.

Ensuring all employees are familiar with all MOOV Policies by distributing the Policies and ensuring each employee acknowledges familiarity with the policy and by signing for them annually.

Ensure HGVO are familiar with MOOV Procedure specific to their job and that they are trained on it.

Hazard Identification and Rectification

Reported incidents vs target.

Closure of incident investigations within 45 days

Tracking of CO2 emissions produced

Records for safe Disposal of used oils

Records for safe disposal of garbage

Records for safe disposal of old tyres

Evacuation drills at least once a year at each facility

Offsite Emergency drill at least once a year

**Inspections and Auditing**:
At least two audits are conducted for each depot.

Increase number of ad hoc inspections by 10%

Periodic inspections are conducted by the relevant individuals.

Assist depots and BUs with external audits (Suppliers and regulatory authorities)

Assist with and monitor internal audits by external consultants.

**Reporting**:
Annual report to NERSA with regards to Regulation 8.

Annual report to NERSA with regards to Regulation 6.2.

Annual report to NERSA on projected volumes.

Annual report to NERSA on projected uncommitted capacity.

Monthly report to NERSA on Volumes.

Annually report on wholesale licenses to DMRE.

Monthly reports of HSSE stats to Shell.

Submit monthly Drivers’ league results to Shell.

Quarterly report on GHG emissions to Shell.

Monitor required reporting

**Employee wellbeing**:
Body Discomfort Questionnaires are distributed annually.

Feedback from Body Discomfort Questionnaires analysed and escalated to relevant personnel.

Staff have equipment necessary for proper Ergonomics.

Partner with HR and other BUs on wellness programs

**Training**:
All new personnel to complete HSSE induction within one month of onboarding.

Maintain the Training matrix.
