We are looking for a Key Account Manager With psychometric assessment experience.

POSITION : Key Account Manager

REPORTING TO: Divisional Manager | Assessments

JOB PURPOSE:
To act as a business partner to clients through effective solution, account management, new business development and internal collaboration with the ultimate goal of growing the Assessment business and positioning the businessas a partner of choice on human capital related solutions.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To serve as an expert advisor and business partner to all psychometric Assessment clients
- To grow the current Assessment portfolio through effective account management
- To position the Assessment Division as a service provider of choice through effective client relationship management
- To generate new business and identify new opportunities from new and existing clients (this will involve outbound sales efforts)
- To design Assessment solutions to address client challenges
- To develop account strategies to achieve the required growth
- To work closely with the operational Assessment team and other relevant internal business Divisions to ensure that value is added to clients
- To attend business sales appointment, presentations, conferences and networking functions
- To be responsible for quotes and tenders in terms of the technical responses, follow ups and monitoring of success rates
- To contribute to the strategy of the Assessment Division, by proving input on market trends, solutions and the strategic direction of the Division
- To meet an individual and team financial target
- To update the company CRM system at all times

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (Minimum qualification and Experience)

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in psychometry or a human resource related field

Experience
- Experience in psychometric assessments or a relevant HR related field
- At least 3 - 5 years’ account management or sales experience
- Experience in a HR consulting environment will be an advantage
- Experience in senior level engagement and strategic partnerships will be an advantage

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to do high-level presentations
- Interpersonal and relationships management skills with professionals across all levels

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable car
- Advanced Computer Literacy

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lyttelton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
