**Job Description** Contract Length/Duration: February 19th, 2024 - September 18th, 2024 (7 months)**
- ** End-to-end project delivery**: Lead and oversee the entire SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle for finance modules, from requirements gathering and confirmation to solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- ** Solution design and configuration**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP FI solutions. Configure SAP FI modules to meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- ** Testing and deployment**: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP FI functionalities. Coordinate and execute various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure successful deployment of SAP FI solutions in production environments.
- ** Data migration design**: Define data migration strategies and approaches for SAP FI data. Work closely with data migration teams to ensure accurate and timely extraction, transformation, and loading of finance data into the SAP S/4HANA system.
- ** Authorisation design**: Design and implement role-based access controls and authorisation profiles for SAP FI modules. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining a balance between security and usability.
- ** Team leadership and coaching**: Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior resources involved in testing, documentation and other project activities. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
- ** Client relationship management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including finance executives, controllers, and end users. Act as a trusted advisor on SAP FI solutions, providing insights, recommendations and thought leadership.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in SAP finance, with a focus on SAP FI modules and S/4HANA implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP FI functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP S/4HANA projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades and migrations.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, best practices and tools, including SAP Activate and Solution Manager.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) is highly desirable.
