**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

The SHEQ Administrator is responsible for assisting with administration of all records and documents with regards to Health, Safely, Environmental and Quality functions within the Company. He or she is responsible for maintaining the ISO Management System records.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Administration**
- Ensure that records are maintained to provide evidence that the ISO System is being updated and managed.
- Ensure there are processes in place for ensure the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposal of such records
- Ensure all incidents and accidents documentation is saved on the system and all registers updated on time.
- Manage and maintain records of all non-conformities and ensure that the documentation is saved on the system and all registers updated on time.
- Ensure that Safety Statistics are updated on the Objectives and Targets register.
- Review and update the ISO System with all the latest revisions distributed by the Quality Manager.
- Assist with compiling safety files for the various sites.
- Ensure that records of safety files are kept electronically on the ISO System.
- Assist with establishing a full programme of documented Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality inspections, audits and checks.
- Ensure full and accurate Health and Safety training records are maintained.
- Update customer satisfaction records on the Objectives and Targets register.
- Assist with preparations for internal and third party compliance audits.
- **Health and Safety Inspections**
- Ensure that records of Hazard Identification and Risk assessments are updated on the ISO system.
- Maintain the relevant Risk assessment registers.
- Ensure that inspection records are updated on the ISO System.
- **Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Responsibilities**
- Report any deviations that could lead to an accident
- Report incidents and accidents before the end of a shift
- Ensure that the SHEQ Management System requirements are met towards customer, internal, ISO, regulatory / legal requirements.
- Manage and perform all internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the Organization's products.
- Work with Customers, Colleagues and Contractors towards continual improvement of the Management system and report the need for improvement to Management.
- Keep up standards and regulations with respect to Products and Services
- Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policy and procedure
- Look after your own safety and that of other employees
- **Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities in line with your capabilities and at the request of your Superior**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of the OHS Act 85 of 1993 and all regulations contained therein.
- Attend training courses and seminars as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

- Must have exceptional Customer service skills
- Must conduct him/herself in the appropriate manner and show respect towards the Company, Clients, Suppliers, Contractors and fellow employees
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality administration.: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
