Based in Pretoria, our client provides a variety of solutions and property management services across sectors, such as industrial, residential, and commercial properties.

Looking to appoint a Senior Property Analyst to keep abreast of all the financial and business data, along with developing data models and reports in order to support Asset and Executive management teams.

Your key responsibilities will include valuations, financial and operational analysis. The ideal person would be able to work well independently as well as in a team. You will be highly organised, articulated, and confident in building relationships, collaborating across departments and stakeholders, and presenting your findings.

To be a suitable applicant you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in Property, Engineering or Finance. It is essential that you have a minimum of 4 years’ work experience in property market or finance or Private Equity.

Your proven excellence in MS Excel, data analysis, financial modelling, and data management, coupled with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations will be necessary to succeed in this position.
