We have a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor with 4-5 years’ experience to join our Dealership in Helderberg.

**Responsibilities: (not limited to)**
- Greeting & attending to customers.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and services.
- Scheduling and booking appointments.
- Inform and discuss service outcomes with clients.
- Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as Service Advisor (Motor Industry), 4 - 5 Years’
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Experienced with IAL & Evolve software packaged.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- MUST reside in Helderberg area.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Helderberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
