Esl Coordinator

**We are seeking an ESL Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- **B.Degree (Health or Social Science or Economic Development)***:

- **3 years managing projects and programmes***:

- **Experience within the HIV/AIDS sector***:

- **Valid driver’s license and able to travel extensively***:

- **Knowledge of youth livelihood approaches**
***The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- **Strengthening economic and work opportunities for Adolescent Young People (AYP)***:

- **Coordinator rollout of a comprehensive economic strengthening livelihood programme***:

- **Develop an ESL Light Programme implementation plan***:

- **Conduct routine program oversight including on-site visits***:

- **Contribute to knowledge management hub on AYP ESL component***:

- **Orientate service provider on goals through workshops, meetings and queries***:

- **Supervise the planning/implementation of AYP ESL activities***:

- **Facilitate monthly meetings, programme reviews and analysis, identify risk and develop improvement plans***:

- **Develop/maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and partners implementing similar projects***:

- **Develop and submit comprehensive program reports**
