Exciting opportunity for a young tech savvy social media loving Front Desk Receptionist
A freight and logistics company established in 2002 is looking for a confident, reliable, go-getter who will be the first point of contact for our company.
**Responsibilities**:
**General Reception duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Create & order office supplies and keep inventory of stock for the branch
- Basic data entries and record keeping (Ms Office / Excel)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and basic administrative skills.
**Additional Duties**:
- Social Media Maintenance (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)
- SEO and Web Search Knowledge
- Website updates, real-time / live sites maintenance
Experience & Requirements:
- PUNCTUALITY is ESSENTIAL for this role. If you're not early, you're late:

- Reliability is ESSENTIAL. Someone who takes responsibility.
- Must be able to speak English & Afrikaans (Some French will be beneficial)
- Confident outgoing self-aware person.
- Computer Literate, passionate about technology, generally comfortable with computer software in addition to Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- SEO Experience beneficial
- Social Media Maintenance Experience beneficial
- 2-4 Years reception experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
