- We’re looking for an organised and self-motivated brand administrator who will assist the Sanlam Fintech brand and marketing teams managing the office environment, diary management for the brand and marketing management team, team events, travel, expenses, purchase orders and be the staff volunteerism and culture champion.**Core Outputs/Tasks**
- Diary management for the Sanlam Fintech Brand & Marketing Managers
- Organising internal & external events and meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Office management
- Invoice management
- Managing ad hoc exceptions, refunds etc.
- Finance - raising PO’s, processing invoices, keeping log of all costs and status of payment
- SRS’s - logging for new or replacement equipment, software, licenses, employees etc
- Compiling various spreadsheets as required
- Assist with audits/follow-ups for projects & consolidate or keeping track/record of responses
- Event planning & logistics, e.g. Integrated Marketing Planning, Workshops, year end functions, big planning meetings
- Brand Council admin support e.g. Minutes, agenda etc
- General office support, i.e. stationery orders, Facilities related matters

**Qualification**
- Diploma with 2 to 3 years experience or Grade 12 with 4 to 5 years related experience.- Experience- Experience working within a brand and marketing team/ tech/ start up/ creative agency environment is advantageous- Results-driven and a team player- Excellent communication skills in English- Capable problem solver- Able to manage complex sets of parallel tasks- A concern for accuracy and attention to detail- Proven ability to build & maintain relationships- Self-confident and highly motivated**Knowledge and Skills**
- Processing transactions and conduct simple calculations (where applicable)- Record keeping, filing and maintenance of databases- Maintain work standards and quality verification- Collating information for reporting- Transfer of knowledge on leading practice and processes**Personal Attributes**
