As an architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of architectural solutions for various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the designed structures meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- **Conceptualization and Design**:Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet the project requirements, considering factors such as space utilization, aesthetics, sustainability, and budget constraints.
- **Client Collaboration**: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural drafting, modeling, and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, **Revit**, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Generate detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that architectural designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the architectural aspects of projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Foster effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors. Participate in design reviews, meetings, and presentations as needed.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and materials in the field of architecture. Incorporate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into projects whenever possible.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough reviews of architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Ensure that final deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Cultivate strong relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional service.

**Requirements/skills**
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably within a consulting or architectural firm.
- Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, **Revit**, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
