**REQUIREMENTS**:
Somatology Diploma

Cidesco, Saahsp or Itec

Min of 2 year spa management experience

Preferably have own transport

ESP knowledge

Excellent computer literacy

**DUTIES**:
Perform spa treatments like facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, body treatments

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team

Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills

Mentor and motivate staff

Drive revenue and sales

Required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget

**SKILLS**:
Target driven, strong management skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Excellent with sales

Flexible and available to work early or late shifts

**REMUNERATION**:
Market related basic, dependant on experience

Commission will be earned on services and retail sales

Performance incentives
