Comercial Cleaner

**Job Purpose**:
Ensure a safe and well-organised environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks.
- Clean and disinfect common areas to provide welcoming and clean environment for occupants and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in areas including washing dishes, organising supplies and restocking, as necessary.
- Report repairs, restock supplier and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Follow safety protocols, report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in cleaning in commercial or institutional setting advantageous.
- Knowledge of Cleaning techniques, materials and equipment
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
