**Purpose of Job**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
Data Collection and Cleansing: Gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Identify and resolve any data quality issues or inconsistencies.
Reporting and Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Present findings in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
Data Modelling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain statistical models to predict trends, patterns, and future outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven forecasts and support strategic planning initiatives. (Strong wish)
Data Interpretation and Insights: Interpret complex data sets, extract relevant information, and derive actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing performance, improving processes, and identifying opportunities.
Data Quality and Governance: Implement and enforce data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis. Identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes, tools, and
techniques. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Effectively track, monitor and respond to the changing NRR until settled.
Conduct business intelligence reviews through ongoing monitoring, scanning, and reporting of developments in the external and internal business environment for developments and trends associated with the NRR.
Leverage the business intelligence from the Business Units, Corporate Centre functions and external sources for ad hoc reporting.
Analyze new legislations to determine the impact on the NRR.

Relevant bachelor’s degree
Min Experience
9+ relevant years
Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Experience working with large datasets, conducting data analysis, and generating actionable insights.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets. Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
Technical Skills (FOR IM ROLE): Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView) for creating insightful dashboards and reports. Knowledge of statistical programming languages (Python, R) for data analysis and modeling.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data and findings in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, processes, and metrics. Ability to connect data analysis to business objectives and provide actionable recommendations to drive decision-making.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Orientation: Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and propose data-driven solutions.
Data Ethics: Knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations. Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and ethical data handling practices.
