**Your Key outputs will include**:

- Monitoring of the fraud alert system - Transaction alerting
- Communicating with the various Operations departments, stores and customers
- Assisting in ensuring that the departmental objectives are achieved
- Carrying out any reasonable requests that may be required
- Monthly information packs
- Matric
- 2 years experience as a Data Analyst - a retail background would be adventageous
- Must be able to multitask
- Computer literate, must have working knowledge of MS Outlook Excel, Word, Sharepoint solutions
