Sandak-Lewin Property Trust based in Cape Town City Centre is currently looking for an experienced Rentals Agent to join their vibey and dynamic team.

Agent responsibilities will include:
Viewings, occasional after hours as per industry norms.

Inspections and handovers - all app based
- computer literacy is a must.

Someone who is pro-active who can operate under pressure and solution based.

Someone who understands the Rental Housing Act and legal procedures in terms of leases.

Valid FFC and own transport.

Salary negotiable with a highly competitive commission structure.
