As a functional executive and key member of the Executive Team, the Chief Financial Officer has the responsibility to control, direct and develop strategies for all matters relating to Group Finance.

Drive integrated reporting from a financial perspective and tracking of the overall financial health of the Group and Operating Companies alike, to enable informed business decisions and making recommendations accordingly.

These metrics are key to attracting investors and strategic partnerships.

The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and reporting on all financial-related activities of the company.
