**Position: Junior Warehouse Supervisor**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12
- NDip/ Degree in Management/Supply Chain Management
- Good work ethics
- Good communication and time management skills
- Willing to work after hours if necessary
- 3 years’ proven working experience in a warehouse environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Ms Outlook and MS Word

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**

To perform the following tasks:

- Manage and supervise the warehouse team
- Oversee the receiving and dispatching of stock (physically and capturing on the system)
- Arrange storage space for all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Inform sales rep/s and management of any shortages /damaged stock received
- Prepare all documentation for orders to be checked and dispatched
- Ensure that all orders received are completed
- Ensure that stock is labelled and stored in the correct area
- Conduct Quality checks
- Packaging stock as per client's specifications
- Ensure that stock orders are loaded with relevant couriers
- Investigating of stock (shortage, wrong stock sent to client etc.)
- Ensure that stock order commitments are met
- Assist with logistics planning
- Processing of customs swops
- Warehouse housekeeping duties
- Training, coaching and motivating employees
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Ensure that work sheets are completed daily
- Submit daily delivery schedule report
- Ensuring adherence to OHS and SHE regulations
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures and company policies are followed and communicated at all times
- Ensure that you have a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures and suggest improvements where applicable

**Salary**: From R11,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ormonde, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
