Junior Draughtsman

**Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Degree or technical Diploma in drafting, engineering design, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design standards.
- Valid driver’s license

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on specifications provided by Project Leads.
- Knowledge of Viso and QGIS.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical drawings, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Adhere to industry standards and company drafting guidelines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including revisions and version control.
- Compile and organize drawing sets and associated documents for project records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and timelines.
- Provide updates on progress and report any challenges or concerns to the Project Lead.
- Draw splitter diagrams.

**Competencies**
- Familiarity with industry-specific drafting standards and codes.
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Exposure to architectural or civil engineering drafting.
