**Purpose of the Job**:
Assist the pharmacist with dispensing and performing pharmacy-related administrative duties.

- Stock control
- Dispensing (under supervision of a pharmacist)
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Frontshop service

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Qualified as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant
- Registered as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with the South African pharmacy council

**Experience**:

- Two years’ experience as a trainee in a pharmacy

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**Essential**:

- Dispensing knowledge
- Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Retail/ FMCG operations
