Sales Clerk

**Position Summary**:
SG26 is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Clerk. As a Sales Clerk, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This position requires an admin-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the retail shop fitting industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist in the sales process by generating quotes.
- Up to date on current material costs to ensure quoting accuracy
- Costing of new product concepts..
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's product offerings.

**Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.
- Thorough understanding of retail floor plans.
- Thorough understanding of current product assembly pieces

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to sales operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of shopfitting concepts and retail environments is a plus.
