We are urgently recruiting for a Debtors Manager

Must have experience working within a busy accounts team.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years experience within credit control/debtors management
- Must have worked on Pastel Evolution
- Proficient with MS Office
- especially excel
- Accounting Diploma advantageous
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ credit control/debtors management experience
- Strong collections experience.
- Good people skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and

written

**Duties**:

- Review and analyse aged debt and calls to recover

outstanding monies
- Payment handling
- Ensure that credit notes are processed correctly,

monitoring reasons for credit notes being raised.
- Identify problem debts that require escalation

appropriate.
- Allocating cash, Reconciling accounts
- Maintain relationships with both suppliers/clients
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required including invoice

coding and running system reports.
