Marketing Co-ordinator Internship

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following
- Organise and maintain the marketing department's filing and storage systems, including electronic and physical files
- Organise & manage marketing storerooms & recording marketing inventory
- Coordination of team, brand, and company events
- Administering CSI initiatives, donation requests and marketing samples
- Managing monthly billings and invoices with suppliers and internal teams
- Help coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, vendor management and post-event follow-up
- Assist with research on industry trends, competitor activities, consumer behaviour, and in-store activities (brand and competitor)
- Assist with monthly brand website maintenance and updates
- Support other marketing (brand and product development) and sales-related initiatives as needed
- Assist the NPD team with mixing samples
- Arrange product samples and hamper

Minimum education required
- Matric, Diploma, or a Tertiary Qualification in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have own means of transport
- Comfortable with communicating and interacting with stakeholders
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Good relationship management and influencing skills

**Salary**: R11 000,00 per month
