Ams Consultant

We have a position available for a AMS Consultant in the Klerksdorp area

To qualify for this position, you will require: A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field. Preferably a qualified John Deere technician. At least 3-5 years of experience working in the Agricultural industry, specifically with John Deere equipment and technology.

Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, software, and hardware. Identify and isolate issues in equipment, software, and hardware systems. Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to resolve complex technical issues. Document technical support cases and provide detailed explanations of solutions provided. Communicate technical solutions to customers and dealers in a clear and concise manner. Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills through training and self-directed learning.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide a high level of customer service. Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements and updates. Collaborate with the parts and service teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and repairs. Participate in cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline business processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support cases. Ensure accurate and complete data entry for each customer interaction and support case. Use CRM data to analyze customer needs and provide insights to other departments. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies. Provide regular reports on customer interactions and support cases to the management team.

Basic Salary on offer ranges from R 30 000.00 to R 40 000.00 with benefits to be discussed.
