Labeller/printer

**JOB PURPOSE**: Print labels for products and advertising signage.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST / POST / PRINCIPAL AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY**

1. **Print labels**

1.1. Print customised labels as directed by the sales team.

1.2. Print stock labels as directed by the Factory Manager, Decanter or retail.

2. **Printing of signage**

2.1. Print signage ad directed by the marketing team.

2.2. Send printed signage to the marketing team or erect as directed.

3. **Qualifications**

3.1 Matric with computer studies.

4. **Experience**

4.1. At least one year of experience in a graphic design environment specifically on the printing side.

5. **Behavioural Skills**

5.1. Communication skills
- Verbal (one to one, as well as with groups) and written.

5.2 Able to work in a team. Design Assistant (Labeller) 2 of 2

5.3. Time management and delegation. 5.4. Able to interpret instructions.

6. **Occupational Skills**

6.1 Able to produce labels and signage using specialised printer.

6.2 Design basic customised labels.

7 **IT skills/software**

7.1 Outlook Basic

7.2 Rolan Versaworks Basic

7.3 Adobe Photoshop Intermediate

7.4 Illustrator Intermediate

8 **Personal attributes**:
8.1. Able to work under pressure.

8.2. Well organised.

8.3. Work independently.
