Are you a hands-on person and practical problem-solver who can think on their feet? Our client in Milnerton requires a physically fit person to assist with various delicate projects and who is not afraid of heights.

It is essential to have a valid SA driver’s license for making collections and deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent track record being the all-round maintenance individual at a company
- Communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Top organisational ability to ensure the smooth running of property maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and Own transport

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with requests from the Owners
- Receiving and managing incoming stock
- Cleaning of laboratory equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the property
- Manage requirements for courier services and manage collections or drop offs
- Purchasing of consumables for cleaning that is required
- Manage any additional requirements needed by staff for client requirements
- Ensuring garden is maintained
