**Role**:
You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of business, working to sales activity and Appointment targets. As a Lead Generator you will be working as part of a small sales team led by the Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound B2B telesales calls to prospective clients from data provided
- Speak with gatekeepers and make contact with key decision maker
- Proactively build prospects & pipeline business and record in Orca company’s excel spreadsheet database and other relevant documents
- Research potential new clients via social media
- Make high volume B2B telesales calls to prospective clients
- Overcome objections and agree follow up activity
- Secure new business opportunities and build long term relationships with clients
- Update Sales manager and excel spreadsheet with all sales activity
- Maintain own prospective pipeline of potential new business
- Ability to work to below KPI's in order to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner to maximise your sales opportunities
- Working as part of an ambitious sales team in order to meet targets set by the Head of Sales.

**KPI's**:

- 16 appointments per month
- 4 converted clients per month
- 18 trials confirmed per month

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 2023/01/16
