**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Min 5 years experience in Debtors Management.
- Experience in handling high volume accounts.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Report to the Special Projects Manager:

- Manage the Debtors department, including setting staff targets.
- Weekly reporting to Management.
- Assist with account queries, including key customer visits.
- Interact with Customers Services and Sales teams on credit management issues.
- Investigate and sign off credit notes.
- Control and maintain credit limits and the associated credit risk.
- Release sales orders based on adhoc limit restraints.
- Review and manage the orders to cash report with a specific focus on resolving credit holds.
- Process month end close journal entries (bad debt, loyalty programme, etc.).
- Manage the bad debt expense and bad debt provision.
- General ledger reconciliations for accounts receivable related accounts.
- Cash receipts forecasting.
- Assess variances to cash forecasts and suggest areas for improvement where cashflows can be better managed.
- Confirm the accuracy of the loyalty programme calculations and the related provisions.
