- Manage kitchen staff
- Supervise food prep and cooking
- Quality control of food leaving the kitchen: plating, temperature, portion sizes, etc
- Ordering, tracking and organizing of all stock
- Excellent customer service
- Problem solving - quickly and efficiently
- Liasing with different departments
- Basic scheduling and reporting
- Skills needed: conflict resolution, attention to detail, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, financial understanding, basic computer skills

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month
