Our client is seeking a skilled Tractor Technician to play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing tractors within their business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs, keeping track of service history and parts inventory.
- Work closely with other technicians and agricultural professionals to share knowledge and enhance overall equipment performance.
- Provide training and support to tractor operators, imparting essential knowledge on proper usage and routine checks.
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Tractor Technician or in a similar role within the agricultural sector.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify issues efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of tractor systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Relevant certifications or training in tractor maintenance and repair.
