**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join the team and help continue to grow the business by selling a variety of mobility solutions, including Home Lifts and Stairlifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets;
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads;
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the client''s requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process;
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client;
- Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues;
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to position the company as a leader in the market;
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience;
- Adhere to high ethical standards of behavior in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets for at least 5 years;
- A passion for sales and a customer-fused mindset;
- A results-driven, agile, and adaptable mindset is a prerequisite;
- Experience managing multiple sales projects simultaneously and delivering timely sales targets;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills;
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;
- Highly structured and organized, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities;
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Business Language: English and Afrikaans - Any other national language will be a bonus;
- South African Citizen;
- Driver's license with own reliable transport;

Basic salary plus commission structure on offer.

**Salary**: From R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- CRM system (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- driver's license and own reliable transport (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
