Warehouse Manager

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager for a leading Food & Beverage company. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including scheduling, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and the proper maintenance of equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including coordinating shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring that all employees follow safety protocols.
- Assign tasks and goals to the warehouse team and monitor their progress.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with other departments, such as Sales and Production, to ensure that all inventory and warehouse needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that all products are correctly labeled and stored.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, tested, and inspected to meet necessary standards.
- Train and supervise new warehouse employees and evaluate their performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management (cold storage) in the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
