**Entity and activity description**
The incumbent is responsible to ensure the compilation and consolidation of data for the monthly Flash reporting, quarterly Variance Analysis and quarterly Efficiency reporting for the Southern Africa Area, facilitate the annual Target and monthly Rolling Forecast for the various entities of the company and assist in the compilation and control of the internal investment decision process. To dialogue with all parties to get reliable information and simplify interfaces & reportings and assist in the consolidation of and reporting of key performances, actual vs. target.

**Responsibilities**
- To assist in the consolidation of monthly and quarterly reporting to Africa Cluster Operations Control team. (Flash, Target and Rolling Forecast comments and templates)
- To assist in the validation of reported data through ERP systems, reporting supplementary data into the ERP systems (Headcount, Margin by product, etc)
- Sales data consolidation and reporting, including Variance Analysis and Sales Flash reporting, perform regular cost stacks & major cost and expense analysis and report to Operations Control Manager on risks and identified issues and assist in the preparation of board presentations.
- Compilation of Area investment requests and assisting in the approval and allocation process, organise and Lead Investment tracking meetings with operations and participate in monthly P&L review meetings with Business line Directors.
- Prioritising resources to ensure achievement of such programs.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft BI and clear communication with Cluster teams.
**Requirements** Education**
- Matric plus BCom Accounting/ BSc Engineering, preferable
**Experience**
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Operations Control.
**Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job**
- Understanding of relationships between operational levers, actions and the reported business performance indicators including financials.
- Knowledge of reporting systems,
- IT knowledge (ERP, Google)
