Cellar Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in every aspect of wine production, working as part of a skilled team of winemakers.

**The incumbent will be responsible for the following**:

- Assisting in wine making processes
- Sanitation and cleaning of equipment
- Punch downs / pump overs
- Wine movements
- Additions
- Draining and pressing of tanks
- Analysing juice
- and wine samples

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Good communication skills (English; Afrikaans will be advantageous)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to work long hours (overtime; weekends; night shifts; public holidays)
- Innovative personality
- Eager to learn
- Team player
