**Bedfordview, Johannesburg: ESTATE AGENTS**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Presentable and professional
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages a **must** (Afr & Eng client base)
- Estate Agent’s Certificate obtained, and registered with Estate Agency’s Affairs Board **a must**
- Recent experience as an Estate Agent **a must**
- Fully independently functional
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle **a must**
- To start as soon as possible

**Duties**:

- Full Estate Agent duties (Property sales, travelling to clients etc.)
- Sourcing new clients, general related administrative duties

**Salary: R 5 000.00 - R 7 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience) + commission**
- Reference **CR2412**; and
- Your monthly gross **salary expectation** in context with offered amount. (_Not exceeding R 7 000 gross)_.
