**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior team members on real estate and brand shoots.
- Assist in capturing high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment.
- Follow creative direction to ensure consistency with project objectives.
- Edit and retouch photos/videos to enhance visual appeal and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining high standards.
- Maintain organization of media files and archives.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a camera and lenses.
- A strong passion for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras, video cameras, and related equipment.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in photography, videography, or editing (academic or professional).
- Familiarity with real estate photography/videography techniques.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
