**The role of the Cash Converters Cashier is to**:

- Process customer payments professionally and efficiently, keeping accurate customer records and details ensuring that company policies and procedures are fully complied with and company expectations are met.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving our establishment, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions.

**Job responsibilities include**:

- Handle transactions with customers using a point of sale computer and cash drawer.
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds and change
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Bag, box or wrap packages
- Manage queues effectively

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail cashier: 1 year (required)

- Table View, Western Cape (preferred)
