Our well established client is looking for an **After Sales Manager in NELSPRUIT** as per below requirements:
**Minimum Requirements**:
1. Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

2. Qualified Motor Technician (A - certification)

3. Autoline System (advantageous)

4. Computer literate (Office Suite)

5. Driver’s licence

6. 2 years’ managerial experience within the motor dealership industry

7. Management Diploma (advantageous)

8. Effective understanding of financial budgeting principals

9. Effective understanding of 2000/2010 electrical technology

10. Effective understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993)

11. Effective understanding of the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act

**Key Performance Areas**:
1. Compile and Implement a Marketing Plan;
2. Manage Escalated Workshop (Technical) Problems Accordingly;
3. Ensure Accurate Workshop Capacity Planning According to Productive and Available Staff;
4. Control Work in Progress (WIP) on all Vehicles in the Workshop Daily to Maintain an Acceptable Level;
5. Responsible for Annual Budget of Service Department;
6. Manage a Profitable Workshop Against Budget;
7. Responsible for Internal Workshop Reports and Processes;
8. Manage Risk (Financial and Non-financial) Within Department;
9. Maintain Good Housekeeping Within Department;
10. Conduct Departmental Meeting and General Aftersales Meeting to Ensure Effective Communication;
11. Manage Training of All Service Staff;
12. Attract, Recruit, Retain, Appraise and Develop Staff;
13. Ensure customer expectations are met

14. Advise front-line staff on how to engage with customers and how to manage customer concerns.

**Salary Offered: R25 000 + incentive + provident fund and medical aid (optional)**

**Salary**: R2,00 - R3,00 per month
