**Job & Company Description**
A company in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team to be based in JHB North.
This role will require an individual with a strong background in Admin, Planning and Problem Solving.
**The Key Responsibilities for this Role will include**
- Administration of Bookings, Payments and keeping the Database Up to Date
- Balance Database to GL Monthly
- Compiling the ATR for the Business Unit and assist with completion of WSP
**Qualification**
- Matric
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field (advantageous)
**Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar L&D Admin role
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Administering Training Bookings, Balance GL, Payments & Compilation of ATR
- Providing Training Support as well as booking of Venues and Catering
**Skills Required**:
- High accuracy for detail, efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently
