Payroll Administrator

We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, motivated, and exceptional **Payroll Administrator **to join our dynamic team in Randburg. The individual must have Call Centre Experience. Key responsibility is to ensure the administration of Payroll and Employee Benefits is done accurately and timeously.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant Payroll Experience including Employee Benefits, MS
Office proficiency (Excel), Demonstrated
- Proficiency in Sage300 Payroll
- Current knowledge of BCEA and
- Tax Legislation
- Knowledge of Payroll and Tax Administration
- Must have call centre experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing of existing employees’ salaries in line with the Payroll calendar (i.e. new hires,
promotions, transfers and checking the IRP5 start date and ensuring that it is in line with
legislation, overtime, promotions, cellphone allowance, incentives, commission and salary
increases etc. is completed on time)
- Accurate completion of UI19 and maternity documentation when required
- Calculation of maternity leave payment for staff in line with the Company policy
- Basic salary structuring in line with Tax Legislation
- Capturing petrol expenses, maternity, bank account changes in line with the payroll
calendar
- Process Payroll queries on a daily basis
- Resolve and provide feedback to the Line Manager / individual within 24hrs
- Ensure that all salary queries after pay date are resolved and payment is arranged on the
adhoc payroll run.
- Capture inputs and finalise adhoc run before deadline (as per calendar) send to Payroll
Manager for authorisation
- Ensure the accuracy of all documentation before capturing data on to the relevant system
- Ensure that new hires are loaded on the correct company code on the Payroll system
- Ensure that correct Remuneration / package amount is captured on the Payroll system
- Check and sign off on all new and changed bank details and ensure the Payroll Manager
has countersigned
- Ensure that employees are terminated timeously
- Ensure that the correct resignation reason is captured on the Payroll system
submitted to the relevant parties for processing and all terminations have been removed
Ability to commute/relocate:
