Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, control, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure product/service conformity, including inspection, testing, and validation procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards, conduct supplier audits, and resolve quality issues to maintain product/service quality throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, address customer complaints, and implement corrective actions to improve overall customer experience.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure adherence and competency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA) through regular audits and assessments.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to management for decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate quality-related risks to minimize the impact on product/service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively, using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards quality objectives.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in quality documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute quality improvement initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to the industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.
- Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and quality audits.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
