**PURPOSE**

To plan, direct or coordinate the activities by forecasting and understanding stock requirements for the business, in order to achieve sales and gross profit targets for specific categories.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, and
- Relevant Diploma or Higher Certificate
- 2-3 Years' Procurement Experience
- 2-3 Years' Retail Experience
- Computer Literate
- MS Office Knowledge
- Sage

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan inventory for responsible categories
- Prepare daily feedback to sales team
- Plan stock allocation to the relevant stores.
- Identify trends and develop solutions for problems causing under delivery
- Conduct general administration functions
- Prepare purchase order documentation and obtain authorization of purchase orders
- Evaluate SKU Performance
- Stock Management Planning
- Monitor and report supplier performance
- Manage the vendors expectations and communicate appropriately and timeously within the parameters of the agreed SLA
- Facilitate the preparation of the Quarterly Business Meeting (QBM) documents for quarterly supplier meetings
- Effective Self Management
- Efficient Communication is a MUST (verbal and written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Supplier liaising: 3 years (preferred)
- Sage: 3 years (preferred)
- Internal System Feedback: 3 years (preferred)
