**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:but not limited to
- Set up and maintain injection molding machines to ensure effective and efficient operation.
- Perform mold changes as necessary to accommodate different production runs.
- Maintain the quality of parts produced, including submitting samples for Quality Inspection and Mould Approval.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to agreed process parameters and specifications.
- Regularly monitor products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Adhere to safety and environmental procedures, as well as good manufacturing practices, to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Minimize downtime during shifts and address issues promptly to maximize output.
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to machine problems to maintain maximum productivity.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric
- Qualification or certification in Plastic Injection Molding is an added advantage.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding.
- Proven experience in machine setup, maintenance, and mold changes.
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental best practices.
- Ability to maintain quality and production efficiency within specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**REMUNERATION / BENEFITS**

**SALARY**:R 20 000 - R 25 000 per month (Depending on Experience)
