A career opportunity has arisen in the **Production Department - Premier Bakery - Vereeniging. **This position is responsible for keeping track of available stock in the inventory, monito current stock levels. Make decisions and organizing existing inventory so it is easily and safely accessible.

**Qualification Requirements**:
Grade 12

**Experience Requirements**:
At least 3 years experience in a similar position

1 - 2 years experience in stock control

Knowledge of raw and production material

**Key Outputs**:

- Knowledge of stock receiving, rotation and issuing
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- All items issued from the Store must be recorded in the file and checked daily.
- To ensure that stock is available for daily production
- Value chain knowledge is imperative to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Store management by ensuring stock available to meet production demands
- Month End Stock Take
- Accountability for the production store
