**Summary**
This position is the leadership of the I.T. operations services across EMEA and forms part of the EMEA IT Leadership team driving the overall EMEA IT strategy in-line with the Global IT vision and strategy. Will report directly to the VP IT, EMEA.

This role would come with further responsibilities to oversee the EMEA IT service delivery portfolio with respect to client/user experience, systems and network performance including service design, capacity planning, service operation, and continuous service improvement to the business, users and customers. Work across EMEA and with Enterprise I.T to enhance, standardize and further implement processes and implement/monitor service level objectives to ensure service delivery issues are resolved according to Service Level Agreements across the provided solutions. Currently operating in 7 African markets as well as 5 Europe markets.

**Education**:

- Degree holder in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E)/MBA/MCA/CA or equivalent

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Minimum 10 15 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing business environment, requirements or shifts in technology and/or skills
- Should have experience in managing multiple I.T. projects and Portfolios.
- Experience in facilitating and engaging multiple stakeholders in the intention to drive strategic change and services.
- Experience in managing high availability Telecommunication IT Services (AI, IOT, NoC based)
- Experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile preferred.
- Domain experience in Tower & Telecommunications industry or Operations I.T. platforms and processes.
- Strong background in ITIL practices and services.
- Managing the end-to-end EMEA I.T. Support Operations and all its interdependencies, resources and in partnership with strategic partners and colleagues.
- Strategically focus, plan and depict the approach in enhancing the user experience through the systems, process and solutions we provide and execute on.
- Responsible for the Integrity, Maintenance and changes to all the EMEA supported Applications.
- Responsible for driving the RTB Strategy through the leverage of the Global IT Shared Services Centre, up-skilling the IS Analysts in the various countries to operate as one Virtual EMEA IT Support Services Centre.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes.
- Contribute to the technology decisions that affect Software Development, EMEA I.T. Architecture and overall prioritization of I.T. change portfolio.
