**SUMMARY AND PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**

The intern is responsible for supporting the overall team to meet daily operational goals and metrics, respond to adhoc tasks and support all urgent service delivery requests.

**SCOPE OF WORK: DELIVERABLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**
- Support the follow up of all system owner requests for support.
- Manage the incident queues for UAM with the oversight of the senior team members.
- Learn and understand the UAM solution being supported, question and identify anomalies with intent to solve issues or escalate to senior team members.
- Support all team members with adhoc duties.

**Qualifications and Experience Requirements**
- Experience in a structured methodologies of Incident, Problem, Capacity and Availability management (advantageous)
- Matric.
