IT Security Architect

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Expert Knowledge on security infrastructure and tooling
- Has exceptional understanding of the IT industry, technology and trends
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Able to articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations across all levels of the organisation
- Highly motivated with excellent time management skills and able to work under own initiative
- Experience and knowledge in delivering IT Security solutions ensuring effective security posture within the organisation
- Strong working knowledge of IT risks, cyber security, network security and computer operating software.
- Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and security.
- Experience implementing multi-factor authentication.
- A logical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Project Management
- Problem solving and decision making
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure Technology areas

**Education and Experience**:

- 3 year IT (or related) Qualification - degree or diploma (minimum)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or related Security Qualification
- 6 to 10 years business systems experience, with recognised IT qualification.
