Sales and Rental Real Estate Agents

We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents specialising in both rental and sales transactions. As a commission-based role, this position offers unlimited earning potential for ambitious and driven professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and facilitate transactions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, market trends, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency in using a cellphone and laptop for communication, research, and documentation purposes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to secure profitable deals for clients.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
