**Role purpose**:
The main function of this job is to process On-billers’ subscriber-related requests on various systems, and handle ad-hoc queries and reporting.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
On-billers subscriber requests: Performing Onbiller subscriber-related activities upon request, i.e. Activations, Sim Swaps, Upgrades & Airtime Transfer, Reactivation of Cancelled Lines, Call Limit Activation, etc.
System-related tasks: Perform Credit Vetting, Dealer System Updates, Data Query Escalation, New MSISDN's requests & account opening, etc.
Reporting: Provide reporting to the Onbillers monthly and upon request, i.e. Usage Report, Subscriber Update, Upgrade Reports, Base / Line Status Reports, etc.

Matric.
1-2 years experience in a Customer Care Admin or commercial environment.
Interpersonal Skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Computer skills - High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Eppix, M2, Actuate, iCAP.
