Maintenance and repair work on mechanical moving equipment

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Fitting and installation of mechanical equipment.
- Carry out maintenance, repair, installation of equipment.
- Read and interpret technical specifications and drawing layouts.
- Performing and maintaining quality workmanship in the execution of tasks.
- Identify possible defects or problems proactively and suggest corrective action.
- Testing of equipment and installation.
- Correctly instruct, and transfer skills to any fellow employee and worked assigned to you to ensure safety and quality of work.
- Housekeeping duties
- Ensure and comply with safety standards guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintenance on Shotblast Booths
- Maintenance on Heavy Rotating Equipment

**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**

**Educational Requirements**_**Mandatory**:

- Qualified Mechanical Fitter

**Desirable**:

- N6 Mechanical

**Experience
**Mandatory**:

- Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
- 10 years experience on an Engineering and Manufacturing plant
- Valid Working at Height Certificate
- Knowledge of Lock out and Tag out Procedures
- Working Experience on Shotblast Booths
- Repairs to pneumatic hand tools

**Desirable**:

- Exposed to Rolling Stock Environment
- Cherry Picker License
- Forklift license
- Crane License
