**Requirements**:

- BTech or Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant related

qualification
- Professional registration will serve as an advantage
- At least eight (8) years’ appropriate experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and think independently; provide strategic direction;
and effectively and efficiently organise, analyse, set goals,

administer, guide, integrate and implement systems, plans,

standards and procedures
- Proficiency and competency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

and SharePoint
- A valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport and the ability to

travel extensively to city sites

Key Performance Areas
- Rendering strategic support, advising, formulating and

implementing

strategy, policy and procedures
- Providing input, leading and directing activities associated with

project planning and programme to influence Capital Projects
- Providing Capex & Opex Contract administration advice and

support
- Analysis of contingencies on contracts
- Participating in the appointment process and briefing parties

appointments and, evaluating, investigating and approving

submissions on progress, performance and costs for contracts
- Leading and directing the compilation of Business Intelligence
